- 1:Schedule your AC service inspection by booking an appointment online or by calling us any time between 8am to 6pm Monday through Saturday.
- 2:On your selected appointment day, one of our trained technicians will assess your unit to determine the quickest way to get your unit back up and running.
- 3:We will repair your unit that day, but if the unit is irreparable, our team will ensure we provide the fastest remedy available to you.
- 4:After the repair, our technicians will put you through step by step on how to operate and maintain your air conditioner.
- 5:Cool Air Energy services will then provide you with a digital copy of your receipt .
- 6:You will receive a quarterly / yearly regular servicing notification in your inbox notifying that your AC is due for service. This is a vital aspect to your air conditioner’s performance and longevity.
